**big ideas**that will follow a student throughout their math education. - Homework/school work is always set as first priority. If the students wants further learning beyond their school classroom,
A Method of Mastering Mathematics will be provided at their ability level.**Need to Know Nine** **Subvocalization**is a reading method taught to the students. The child will be trained to access information through the neurons that lead from our ears to our brain versus always using the neurons that lead from our eyes to our brain. Through my experience, using both pathways leads to better comprehension and retention.- Students will be expected to
**write neatly**and be**organized**. Many mathematical errors are caused by inaccuracies not inability. Some handwriting skills will be taught to the student if necessary.
